Touchon carrot is an early variety, with an 18-20 cm long and 8 cm thick root, that is cylindrical in shape, with a round tip and orange color.
Sowing: It is sown in protected areas starting in March, at a distance of 7 cm between plants and 25 cm between rows. Prefers loose and sandy soils.
