Product information
Capers are a Mediterranean plant with bright green leaves and delicate white flowers that produce small, round berries. These berries are dried and used to add a salty, pungent flavour to dishes. It grows best in warm climates and needs plenty of sun and well-draining soil. They are often used to enhance the flavour of sauces, salads, fish dishes, and pasta. Capers can also be used to make relish, pickles, and condiments.
