Balcan Temprana cabbage is a variety with dark green large leaves, with wavy edges that are a little hard. The cabbage head has a conical, uniform shape.
Sowing: It is sown directly in the field, starting from August, and after 30 days it is transplanted at a distance of 40 cm between plants and 70 cm between rows. Harvesting is done next year, starting in May. These cabbages prefer deep and fertile soils.
