Product information
Vertox Bait Pellets, 1 kg + Bait Station is a professional product that uses a mixture of flour, high-quality wheat, chopped cereal, soft lard, and the aroma of synthetic peanuts, providing a complete meal for rodents with the sole purpose of eliminating them. The use of synthetic peanut flavor allows the product to be used in sensitive situations when products containing nuts are not allowed. The plain aroma of peanuts makes it irresistible to rodents, the effect appearing in 3-6 days after ingestion.
Active Substance:
- Brodifacoum: 0.05 g/kg, 0.01 g/kg.
Product Benefits:
- Ready-to-use bait;
- It can be also used in sensitive situations where nuts are not allowed;
- High palatability and effective against all rodents;
- It can be used both indoors and outdoors in areas protected from moisture;
- Located in intoxication stations, it has a very long duration of the activity;
- Ideal where rodents feed on compound feed.
Product Characteristics:
- Packing: 1 kg and plastic poisoning station;
- Dimensions of plastic intoxication station with key (length x width x height): 30 x 17 x 7 cm;
- Application: indoors and outdoors (around buildings);
- Effect in 3-6 days after ingestion.
Recommendations issued by the manufacturer:
- The application in open spaces will be done only in closed intoxication stations and in covered bait points (closed, protected), in safe conditions, in order to avoid ingestion by birds or other animals than those targeted;
Against rats:
- Secure the bait in quantities of 10-60 gr in covered poisoning stations, placed at intervals of 10 m (5 m in areas with high infestation) in areas where rats have been reported;
- Check the baits for consumption at regular intervals and replace the worn or damaged ones until consumption stops. Repeat the treatment in case of new infestations;
- Do not move or disturb the poisoning stations for a few days after placing the bait. If there is no change in 7-10 days, move them to another area that you consider infested with rats;
- If all bait has been consumed, refill the poisoning stations with the maximum amount of bait allowed and place more poisoning stations. Replace baits consumed by rodents, or those that have been affected by water or contaminated with dirt;
- Do not increase the amount of raticide in the poisoning station.
Against mice:
- Secure baits of 10-20 g in covered poisoning stations, placed at intervals of 5 m (2 m in areas with high infestation), in areas where mice have been seen;
- Check the consumption of baits at regular intervals and replace those consumed or damaged until consumption ceases. Repeat the treatment in case of new infestations (ex: new marks or excrement);
- Mice are very curious and could help the control program if you move the baits every 2-3 days when the intoxication points are inspected and refilled;
- Check the intoxication points frequently for the first 10-14 days and replace the baits consumed by rodents, or those that have been affected by water or that have been contaminated with dirt;
- If all the bait has been consumed, reload the poisoning stations with the maximum amount of bait allowed and place several poisoning stations.
