Product information
Rodex Pasta Bait, 300 g is a professional product formulated using a blend of high-quality culinary grade wheat flour, chopped grain, soft lard and synthetic peanut flavouring, providing a complete meal for rodents, that can be successfully used where rodents have refused other baits. The use of synthetic peanut flavourings allows the product to be used in sensitive situations where products containing nuts would not be authorized for use.

- Wide spectrum of usage.
Product Characteristics:

Recommendations issued by the manufacturer:
Used against rats:
- Secure bait in amounts of 15-200 grams in covered bait stations, protected by key, placed every 10 meters (5 meters in high infested areas) in areas where rats are active. Check the consumption of baits at regular intervals and replace those consumed or damaged until consumption ceases. Repeat the treatment if new infestations occurred (Ex: new traces or excrement);
- Do not move or disturb bait stations for several days after placing bait. If no signs of rat activity are seen near the bait after 7-10 days, move the bait to an area of higher rat activity. If all the bait has been consumed, recharge the bait stations with the maximum allowable amount of bait and place more bait stations in the area;
- Replace the bait consumed or those that have been affected by contaminated water or dirt;
- Do not increase the number of rodenticides in the bait stations. If it’s an easy infestation, use up to 200 g bait in covered bait stations every 10 m, but if it’s a strong infestation you may use up to 200 g bait in covered bait stations every 5 m;
Used against mice:
- Secure baits of 15-30 grams in covered bait stations placed at 5m (2m in high infested areas) in areas where mice were seen. Check the consumption of baits at regular intervals and replace those consumed or damaged until consumption ceases;
- Repeat the treatment if new infestations occurred (Ex: new traces or excrement); - Mice are very inquisitive and it may help the control program to move bait points every 2-3 days at the time when points are inspected and bait stations refilled;
- Make frequent inspections of the bait points during the first 10-14 days and replace any bait eaten by rodents or that has been damaged by water or contaminated by dirt;
- If all the bait has been consumed, recharge bait stations with the maximum allowable amount of bait and place more bait stations;
- Do not increase the number of rodenticides in the bait stations. If it’s an easy infestation use up to 40 g bait in covered bait stations every 5 m, but if it’s a strong infestation you may use up to 40 g bait in covered bait stations every 2 m;
