BactoSpeine DF, 500 g is a biological insecticide with granule formulation that controls insects from the Lepidoptera family. Intended for a range of applications it works well for crops, greenhouses, solars, and orchards.

Action mode of BactoSpeine DF:
- It acts on the larvae, the target pests, immediately after they consume the treated plants. The intestinal walls begin to degrade, the larvae can no longer feed and die in 24 to 72 hours. The effectiveness of BactoSpeine DF in controlling young larvae of the order Lepidoptera is similar to that of conventional insecticides, administered according to the recommendations of specialists;
- On contact and ingestion after they consume parts of the treated plants;
- Due to the toxic component, the insect intestines are affected and start decaying, leading to death within 24 to 72 hours;
- The product controls young larvae from Lepidoptera insects;
- BactoSpeine DF acts on the surface of the plant. The product is not administered on plants when they have wet foliage. It is not recommended to carry out treatments when rains are expected in less than 6 hours.
Methods of application:
It is recommended to apply BactoSpeine DF treatments at the first signs of larvae presence, especially during the feeding period.
The re-treatment period is between 7 to 10 days.
The maximum number of treatments per crop, per season is 8 treatments, utilizing a minimum concentration of 100 g of product with 100 l of water.
When infestation levels are high, use a higher dose of product.
Compatibility:
Can be combined with fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, liquid fertilizers, and growth regulators, following the recommendations on the product label.

Recommendations:
Do not treat wet vegetation.
Do not perform treatments if rain is expected within the next 6 hours.
The necessary volume of water is calculated depending on the type of equipment used.
It has no known impact on the development of natural predator populations and beneficial insects in integrated pest management programs. It is biodegradable. Under the conditions of a correct application and by the manufacturer's recommendations, immediately after preparation, the pH of the solution will be maintained between values 6 and 8.
