Plantaaktiv 18 + 12 + 18 (+2) is a concentrated NPK fertilizer for ornamental plants and vegetables.

The fertilizer contains a balanced combination of macro and microelements in water-soluble form, without urea and fiber and is suitable for fertilizing young or growing plants.

Composition:
-Total nitrogen 18%
-12% soluble phosphorus
-18% soluble potassium
-2% soluble magnesium
-Boron soluble 0.02%
-Copper 0.04%
-0.1% soluble iron
-Manganese soluble 0.05%
-Soluble molybdenum 0.01%
-0.01% soluble zinc

All nutrients are completely soluble in water. Copper, Iron, Manganese, Molybdenum and Zinc are fully chelated (EDTA).

Application method:
-Plantaaktiv 18 + 12 + 18 (+2) is suitable for fertilizing young or growing plants. It can be used for fertilizing balcony plants, annuals and orchids.
-The fertilizer is used in the form of a diluted solution and shaken very well before use.

1. Potted plants:
-Seedlings and young plants 0.025% - 0.05% (0.25-0.50 kg / 1000 liters of water)
-Plants with low nutritional requirements: 0.05% - 0.1% (0.5-1 kg / 1000 liters of water)
-Plants with average nutritional requirements: 0.1% - 0.2% (1-2 kg / 1000 liters of water)
-Plants with high nutritional requirements: 0.2% - 0.3% (2-3 kg / 1000 liters of water).

2. Vegetables: 0.1% - 0.2% (1-2 kg / 1000 liters of water).

3. Nurseries: 0.1% - 0.2% (1-2 kg / 1000 liters of water).
