Food moth trap Detektiv Prison is a professional trap made of resistant plastic which comes in the shape of a container. It contains an attractant based on pheromones, that attracts only male moths and is one of the most effective traps for monitoring moth infestations.

- Detektiv Prison Trap contains an attractant based on pheromone (specific aromatic substances similar to those produced by female moths), which attracts males that are looking for females for mating.
- Males are attracted to fragrant smell which they pursue, but instead of the females, they will find the trap, where they will remain trapped in the container ( "cage effect").
- Detektiv Prison attracts only male moths, and in their absence, females unable to reproduce, begin to disappear over time.
