Product information
Benevia, 10 ml is an insecticide of the anthranilic diamide class, that grants long term protection and efficient insect control for your crops. It is very effective for both sucking insects and chewing insect species, and is specially formulated for maximum performance as a foliar treatment for onions, potatoes, and tomatoes.
Benefits:
- Excellent crop protection;
- Advanced formulation for foliar treatments;
- Efficient against a wide range of species;
- Unique mode of action - controls eggs, larvae, nymphs, and adults;
- Efficient against resistant species;
- Safe for beneficial insects;
- Helps increase the total yield of the crops.
Action mode:
- The active substance Cyazypyr affects the behavior of insects by blocking the functions of their muscles, leading to paralysis and the death of the insect;
- Induces rapid depletion of calcium ion reserves producing continuous and irreversible muscle fibrillation;
- Induces rapid and immediate cessation of insect feeding after ingestion or contact;
- In the plant, the active substance has translaminar, systemic movement and is transmitted acropetally and limited basipetal;
- Insects are fully controlled (maximum effect of the product) after 3 to 6 days after application.
Methods of application:
- Apply Benevia as early as possible when insect attacks are detected.
- Application of treatments at the beginning of the infestation prevents the multiplication of the pest population.
- Apply Benevia at the earliest stage of crop development. By protecting seedlings when the crop is most sensitive from the stress of pest attack and disease transmission, you maximize your chances of having vigorous plants from the beginning and create the prerequisites for higher yields.
