Product information
Omnera, 5 litres is a selective herbicide for post-emergence control of broadleaf weeds for fall and spring straw cereal crops: wheat, barley, barley, rye, and triticale. It uses a formula with 3 active ingredients that work together to control annual and perennial dicotyledonous weeds.
Benefits:
- Three active ingredients ensure top-level weed control;
- Wide control range;
- Large application window;
- No crop rotation restrictions;
- Efficient in low temperatures (above 5°C).
Action mode:
Omnera is a systemic herbicide for post-emergent cereal crop protection:
- The herbicide is absorbed by leaves and roots and is rapidly translocated throughout the plant, where it inhibits cell division shoots and roots in susceptible plants;
- The growth of weeds is stopped after a few hours following the application, and the first visible signs of the treatment can be seen 5-10 days after application;
- The destruction of sensitive weeds occurs after 15-25 days;
- More resistant weeds, and weeds in an advanced stage of growth, are not completely controlled, but no longer compete with crops for nutrients.
Methods of application:
- Omnera is intended for post-emergent treatments for straw cereals in autumn and spring, starting with the 2-leaf stage until the appearance of the standard leaf (BBCH 12 - 39), in a dose of 0.5 to 0.75 l per ha.
- For early weeds of the ephemeral species or sensitive weeds, the dose of 0.5 l per ha is recommended.
- In case of exceptional situations with high levels of weed infestation, a dose of 10 l per ha is recommended.
- The optimum time of application is during the period of active growth of weeds, in the stage of 2 - 6 leaves.
- Rainfall in 3 hours after treatment may reduce the effects of the herbicide.
Compatibility:
Compatible with most of the crop products available on the market.
Before mixing with other crop protection products, perform a small-scale compatibility test.
Recommendations:
Do not apply when temperatures are below 5°C or are under stress conditions such as drought, disease attacks or drenched with water.
Please be sure to read, understand, and follow the full Conditions, Disclaimer, and Directions for Use. Use the appropriate personal safety equipment if required and when needed.
