EcoKill 40 SS

Depending on the season, insects - especially flying ones, can be very annoying. The EcoKill series is ideal for use in any commercial facility. EcoKill 40 SS is a professional device that uses the attraction of UV light on a certain wavelength to capture flying insects. The trap has a very high capture rate thanks to the bulb positioning which allows for the insects to see the light from the bulbs on both sides. The device has a durable and strong metal constitution, which allows it to be placed in several ways: on the wall, suspended from the ceiling or on a horizontal surface. Its light attracts insects that will be killed on the spot in contact with the electrified grid supplied at a voltage of approximately 3700 V and a current of 9 mA. Dead insects will fall into the tray of the device.

Way of usage & Placement:
- Install the device near a power supply, on any horizontal surface or hang on the wall and ceiling.
- For best results, place the device at a height of about 2 metres above the ground, away from direct sunlight.
- The location of the device must be between the place of entry of the insects and the space that is protected.
- Tubes are replaced after 12 months of operation (time may vary depending on operating conditions - the more exposed to dust and impurities, the shorter the replacement time).
- The metal surfaces are periodically wiped with a slightly damp cloth to remove any impurities and to keep the device looking good.
- The intervals are set according to the degree of dirt of the area in which the device operates.

Other tips & recommendations:
- EcoKill is not recommended for outdoor use, as it must be connected to a power source. At the same time, the product must not come into contact with water through the electrical grille.
