Selective herbicide applied to the soil before sowing, pre-emergence or post-emergence for combating annual broad-leaved weeds and some grasses. It is absorbed through the growing roots of plants, inhibiting photosynthesis. It acts on weeds that are rising.
How to use it:
Venzar 500 SC can be adjusted depending on soil humus content and application time.
Before sowing: Apply to well-prepared soil, free of germinated weeds, with or without incorporation.
Dose for sugar beet:
- Soils <3% humus - 1.2 l / ha
- Soils> 3% humus - 1.6 l / ha
To combat annual grasses it is recommended to mix in the tank with antigramine products.
- Preemergent: Venzar 500 SC can be applied after sowing before growing the crop at the same doses as before application.
- Postemergence: 500 ml/ha Venzar mixed with Safari and/or phenmedipham / desmedipham, when it is needed to supplement the control spectrum.
Do not apply Venzar 500 SC to light soils with humus content below 1%.
Venzar 500 SC can be applied post-emergence when the weeds have a maximum of 2 leaves in one or two applications at a dose of 0.5 l / ha. The maximum dose of Venzar 500 SC that can be applied in post-emergence is 1 l / ha/season. Drought installed after application reduces overall herbicide efficacy.
