Product information
Accent 75 WG, 100 g is a post-emergence sulfonylurea herbicide. It controls grass weeds as well as a large number of broadleaf annual and perennial weed species. The product allows for a large application window and has lasting residual activity in the soil.
Benefits:
- Formulated with a powerful active substance, Nicosulfuron;
- Controls many species of invading plants;
- Large application window;
- Long-lasting residual effects in the soil;
- Low doses required for efficient results;
- Rainfall within 4 hours following application does not influence the effectiveness of the product.
Action mode:
Accent 76 WG is an effective herbicide for the control of Sorghum halepense and Elymus repens, as well as other invading weeds;
- The exceptional effectiveness on perennial grass species is doubled by a full spectrum of control of annual grass species;
- In addition, it successfully fights a large number of broadleaf weed species, commonly found in corn crops;
- Provides excellent systemic action and is translocated shortly after application, from the leaves to the root system of the weeds, destroying them.
Methods of application:
For the control of rhizomes, apply in a dose of 55 to 80 g per ha together with the Trend 90 adjuvant.
Using ammonium nitrate or ammonium sulfate (3-4 kg per ha) increases the effectiveness of the product.
Treatments are performed when weeds have a height of 15 to 20 cm, and crop plants are in the 6 to 8 leaf stage.
For the control of annual grass species, the recommended dose is 45 g per ha together with the Trend 90 adjuvant.
Treatments are performed when crop plants are in the 2 to 4 leaf stage.
Can be used in combination with broadleaf weeds herbicides.
Dose:
Corn, post-emergent control of annual monocotyledonous weeds - 45 g per ha + 0.1% Trend 90.
Corn, post-emergent control of perennial monocotyledonous weeds - 55 to 80 g per ha + 0.1% Trend 90.
Compatibility:
Compatible with most of the crop products available on the market.
Before mixing with other crop protection products, perform a small-scale compatibility test.
Recommendations:
- To combat annual grasses, the recommended dose is 45 g / ha + 0.1% TREND 90. The herbicide is carried out when the corn is in the 2-4 leaf stage.
- Maximum efficacy is achieved when treatment takes place prior to the breeding of grass weeds. And in this growth phase it can be used in conjunction with a herbicide to control broad-leaved weeds if the type of infestation with these species requires such a herbicide.
- The product can be applied simultaneously with herbicides that control broadleaf weeds, especially infestations with Xanthium sp.
- It is recommended that mechanical or manual work be performed only after 7 days following application, to allow translocation into weed rhizomes.
- Do not spray onto waterways.
- Avoid spray drift onto other nearby crops.
