Product information
FLYTRIN offers good control against pests located in domestic or industrial areas, including mosquitoes, flies, beetles, wood decay, etc.
Its active ingredient Permetrin is a pyrethroid insecticide that works by contact and ingestion. Due to the absence of the gas phase, the treated spaces can immediately return to their normal operating parameters. Permetrin has good repelling action and a satisfying remanent action. While organophosphates and carbamates are inhibitors of cholinesterase, pyrethroids act directly on the central and peripheral nervous system, causing hyper-excitability, tremors, and convulsions. As a consequence of this excessive nervous activity, the transmission of impulses is blocked, paralysis sets in and the insect dies.
Permethrin has a number of remarkable characteristics that position it as an extremely interesting insecticide in terms of the environment. It is not photosensitive, it is almost insoluble in water, it is not phytotoxic in normal doses of use, being at the same time completely biodegradable; its toxicity to fish and/or mammals is extremely low.
Applications:
-FLYTRIN is indicated for use in industrial areas and institutions, public buildings, public transport, agricultural warehouses, general warehouses, and animal farms.
-The diluted product can be used with any sprayer.
-To control most pests, Flytrin should be used at a rate of 1-2% (100-200 gr. In 10 liters of water), depending on the degree of infestation.
-In the case of flying beetles, and in particular in the most resistant pests. it is recommended to use the FLYTRIN product in a proportion of 3-4% (300-400 gr. in 10 liters of water).
-It is well known that once the substance is prepared, it must be used until the end of the day.
