It is also one of the market leaders in the distribution segment of public hygiene products, equipment and instructions in fighting pests in or around inhabited areas. The business mostly operates online, through an online shop with blog and forum, and offers a complete range of products and full needed “do it yourself” information and advice for pest control methods.
By presenting the products and equipment we offer, alongside critical information about the pests we cover, in multiple languages, Nexles strives to continuously grow and reach multiple countries and markets. This makes it easier for our customers to use the store and blog for their needs, as they find it more accessible and appealing.

1) Online Catalog Administrator

We are looking for a colleague that will help us achieve our product presentation goals, through our online stores. The constant development of our company, and the new partnerships with different manufacturers, brings about the continuous enrichment of our product catalog. This is why we need a colleague capable to amend and constantly improve it, depending on the fluctuation of old and new products. As our online stores cover multiple languages, it is essential for this position, to know English at an advanced level, and at least one other foreign language. The Online Catalog Administrator job can be done from our work points in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca, or remote.

Job description:

• part of a 3 person team, closely working with the software development, customer support and marketing departments.
• analysis of brochures, catalogs, user manuals, technical sheets and manufacturers' websites;
• understanding how the products work, to be able to create a correct description for them;
• improving descriptions and specifications of existing products;
• generating new products by uploading text and image content, selecting correct attributes, setting prices, correlating them with other products already existing on the site;
• understanding in detail the needs of the clients;
• editing images for a better presentation of the products;
• recommendations for optimising various workflows, for which the technical team will provide support in implementing;
• work schedule can be full time or part time.

The perfect candidate:

• focuses on important details, avoiding valueless content;
• finalises tasks in a timely manner;
• is a very organised person;
• masters at least English at an advanced level, in order to create a correct description of the products;
• mastering a second foreign language is an asset;
• knowing HTML and CSS notions is an advantage;
• has knowledge of using Microsoft Excel and Google Docs, Spreadsheets and is open to using apps and sites for research;
• is open to learning new things and able to adapt easily to new situations;
• wants to enrich their knowledge and believes in personal development;
• appreciates teamwork and believes that they cam perform better in a team;

2) Customer Support (Veterinary products specialisation)

We are looking for a colleague that will help us aid our clients in need of veterinary assistance. As our online stores cover multiple languages, it is essential for this position, to know English at an advanced level, and at least one other foreign language.
The Customer Support (Veterinary products specialisation) job can be done from our work points in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca, or remote.

Job description:

• understanding in detail the need of our customers;
• providing support and advice in the Veterinary domain;

4) Content Translators

As our primary tool is our website www.nexles.com, containing not only our online store, but a blog section as well, hundreds of articles are waiting to be translated in languages such as HungarianFrench, Italian. We are looking for a person able to translate the content of our website and its blog articles, from English into these languages.

Job description:

  • Translating and adapting several hundred articles from English into Hungarian / French / Italian;
  • If needed, open to assist the team with other small translations in Hungarian / French / Italian, besides the articles in question;
  • Follow up with new translations, should changes to the original texts are needes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A good level of English and Hungarian / French / Italian, both written and spoken;
  • Capability to translate a given text;
  • Capability to adapt a given text if necessary;
  • Communication skills, positive thinking, good organizational skills;
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, G Suite, Internet);
  • Able to learn how to use other similar programs;
