Septoderm Gel, 1 litre is an alcohol-based gel disinfectant for use in general hygiene and surgical hand disinfection. It offers quick and lasting cleaning effects and is well tolerated by most skin types.

Action mode:
Septoderm Gel provides sanitation for general use, industrial, and public applications:
- For use in the medical sector (human and veterinary), laboratories, the food industry, the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry, public institutions, and personal hygiene;
- Active substances: ethanol (45%), isopropanol (30%), excipients (25%);
- Provides bactericidal action (including TB), fungicidal action, virucidal action (HBV, HCV, HIV, Rotavirus, Poliovirus, Adenovirus).
Methods of application:
For hygienic hand disinfection: Use 2 x 3 ml of Septoderm gel and rub your hands for one minute until the gel enters the skin.
For surgical hand disinfection: Wash hands, arms, and underneath nails using the antibacterial soap and rinse thoroughly with clean water, then wipe thoroughly with a sterile napkin. Apply 2 x 3 ml Septoderm gel evenly onto hands and leave the gel on for 3 minutes, drying hands after. Repeat the process one more time (use thermo-electric tools only after the disinfectant has completely dried).
Hygienic hand disinfection
2 x 3 ml contact time 2 x 30 seconds;
Surgical hand disinfection - 2 x 3 ml contact time 2 x 1.5 min;
Virucidal spectrum: MRSA - contact time 3 min;
HBV and HIV - contact time 2 -5 min;
HCV - contact time 30 seconds;
Polio virus - contact time 1 min;
Virus - contact time 30 seconds;
Adeno virus - contact time 1 min;
Bactericidal spectrum (M. tuberculosis, M. avium): contact time 30 seconds.
Recommendations:
DO NOT use on mucous membranes, open wounds, eyes, or close to them.

R 67 - Vapors may cause drowsiness or dizziness
S 2 - Keep out of the reach of children.
S 7 - Keep the container tightly closed.
S 16 - Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking.
S 25 - Avoid contact with eyes.
S 26 - In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
