Insecticide MaxForce Quantum, 4 g

Maxforce Quantum is ready to use insecticidal bait for the rapid control of a variety of ants. The formulation is especially efficacious against Pharaoh Ant (Monomorium pharaonis) and Black/Garden Ant (Lasius niger). Further ant species controlled by this product: Ghost Ant (Tapinoma melanocephalum) and Argentine Ant (Linepithema humile).

The Maxforce Quantum formulation is a viscous liquid containing 0.03% imidacloprid and a food-based formula which is particularly palatable to ants. Maxforce Quantum is odorless, non-staining, transparent, clean looking and inconspicuous in use. Maxforce Quantum contains the bittering agent Bittrex to prevent accidental ingestion.

It acts by ingestion and has the effect of "waterfall death", exterminating the entire nest (moss); It does not present any risk for non-target animals (pets, children, etc.).

Where to used: 
-Living spaces (apartments, houses, villas, dormitories, etc.);
-Hotels, restaurants, bars, shops and other retail locations;
-Hospitals, polyclinics, dispensaries, medical offices, schools, nurseries;
-Spaces where food is stored, prepared and served (kitchens, dining rooms, etc.);
-Ships, aircraft, buses

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Indoor use:
-Apply Maxforce Quantum directly as spots in identified target areas. Instruct residents to avoid cleaning or removing bait spots.
-Where infestations are high, inspect the applied spots of Maxforce Quantum regularly and make further applications as required.
-Avoid application to excessively dusty, damp or greasy locations, and areas which are subject to washing.
-Do not apply to food preparation surfaces or areas that have recently been treated with other insecticides or contaminate the bait with other insecticides.
-When Maxforce Quantum is applied in an ant bait station, use as follows: place in a horizontal position where ants can be seen foraging for food. Indoors, trails are often emerging from underneath doors, windows or cracks & crevices.
-Place one ant bait station per trail. In difficult situations (more than one trail) use additional ant bait stations.

Outdoor use:
-Maxforce Quantum can be placed in cracks and crevices (in brick walls, between pavement slabs etc) where ants are seen to be active or ant trails are evident.
-Place bait preferably in an area protected from the rain. If the exposed area has to be treated, apply if no rain is expected for the next 24 hours.
-In case of rainfall within 24 hours, retreat once. If nest entrances can be identified, inject preferably bait liquid directly into the nest entrance.
-When Maxforce Quantum is applied in an ant bait station, use as follows: Place ant bait stations in a horizontal position where ants can be seen foraging for food and where the ant bait station is protected from direct sunlight and rain. Place one ant bait station per trail. In difficult situations (more than one trail) use additional ant bait stations.

Always replace the cap after use.

Unwanted products can be removed by sponging with water.
