Product information
Envidor 240 SC is an insecticide-acaricide to combat spider mites and mites in apple and grapevine.
It has a fine, homogeneous, mobile suspension, a white colour and a light, characteristic smell.
Action mode:
-Spirodiclofen is a new acaricide from the ketoenol family. It acts through contact and ingestion as a lipid biosynthesis inhibitor and combats a wide range of mites: tetranichides, heroophyses and tarsonemides. Envidor has a strong ovocidal action, controls all larval and nymph stages and substantialy reduces fertility in females.
-The product is lipophilic, it gets fixed in the waxy layer of the cuticle and is not washed away by precipitation. Its action is not influenced by high temperatures. It has a shelf life of about 40 days after application.
-Due to the new way of action, Envidor does not have cross-resistance with other acaricides, being particularly useful in fighting today's resistant acaricide populations and is well tolerated by plants.
Usage mode:
-Apple trees: for the control of mites Pannonychus ulmi, Tetranychus urticae, Aculus spp. It is used for one season treatment at the onset of the attack, after blossoming occurs or on fruit growth, depending on the warning. The volume of the solution is 15 l / 100 m². The break time before harvesting is 14 days.
-Grapevine: for the control of mites Tetranychus urticae, Calepitrimerus spp. It is recommended that the product be used for one treatment per season, between the defoliation stage and the appearance of a 10-15 cm long sprout, especially for the species of eriophyid mites, or after the grape cluster is compacted or when they start to ripen. Regardless of the application time, the solution volume is 10l/100 m². The break time before harvest is 14 days.
Phytotoxicity:
At recommended doses, Envidor is not phytotoxic to plants.
Compatibility:
Envidor is compatible with other products like Decis or Teldor. For other combinations we recommend conducting a physicochemical compatibility test.
