Product information
Sekator Progress OD, 1 litre is a professional product based on amidosulfuron 100 gr/litre+iodosulfuron-methyl-Na 25 gr/litre+mefenpyr diethyl 250 gr/litre (safener). Sekator is used to control weeds from the wheat, barley, spring wheat crops.
Benefits:
- ideal for combating annual and perennial dicot weeds and some monocots from wheat, barley, and spring wheat crops

- it has systemic translocation throughout the plant
- low temperatures (4-5 C) before or after application do not reduce production efficiency
Action mode:
- Sekator Progress has a systemic translocation throughout the plant and rapid foliar uptake and it acts within 2 hours of application. The oil dispersion formulation (OD) increases the adherence and penetration speed of the herbicide into the leaves, and the Sekator is not washed by precipitation that occurs more than 2 hours after application.
Methods of application:
- Apply a dose of 100 ml/ha when weed infestation is not strong.
- Apply a 150 ml/ha dose for powerful infestations as well as against weeds that are difficult to fight.
- The volume of the solution is 200-400 l / ha for land treatment and 80-150 l / ha for air treatment.
Crop | Weeds attacked | Application moment | Dose |
Wheat | Wind grass (twin wheat formation of the first internode, wind grass at 2-4 leaves before twinning) | Postemergence | 0.15 l/ha |
Annual and perennial dicotyledons (twin wheat, weeds 2-4 leaves, Corn Thistle max. 10 cm high) | Postemergence | 0.1-0.15 l/ha | |
Barley | Annual and perennial dicotyledons (barley at twinning, weeds 2-4 leaves, Corn Thistle less than 10 cm high) | Postemergence | 0.1-0.15 l/ha |

- For powerful infestations as well as against weeds that are difficult to fight you should be using a 150 ml/ha dose.
- Carry out treatment in the spring in post-emergence, the optimal phase of the weeds being 2-3 leaves.
- The optimum interval is between the beginning and the end of the twinning.
