Betanal Tandem, 5 litres

Betanal Tandem, 5 litres is a post-emergence herbicide designed for industrial sugar beet, fodder beet crops and mangals. It combines, in a ready-to-use formulation, the basic mixture of beet weed control ethofumesate and phenmedipham.

Action mode:
- As a post-emergence spray it controls broad-leaved weeds and provides residual activity on later germinating weeds.

Methods of application:
- Mix with a suitable adjuvant oil such as 95% methylated rape seed adjuvant oil or 95% methylated vegetable adjuvant oil.
- In annual broadleaf weeds and annual grasses use 2.5 l/ha per 1 treatment a year or divided without exceeding the dose of 1.5 L/Ha/application.
- The minimum interval to respect between 2 applications of the product is 5 days.
- Fill the sprayer tank 3/4 full of water and start the agitation and pour the necessary dose of product into the tank.
- Finish filling the tank and maintain agitation until the end of the application.
- The recommended spray volume is 100 to 300 l/ha.

Compatibility:
- Its formulation offers greater safety for the user, eliminates the risk of crystallisation and improves compatibility with other herbicides.
- Use in accordance with the regulations in force.

Recommendation:
- Use specially adapted spraying equipment in order to ensure a regular and uniform distribution of the product.
- Make sure that the equipment is properly adjusted before starting the treatments.
- Treat in the absence of wind. If necessary, use a drift reduction device, follow good spraying practices to avoid the formation of fine droplets.
- Do not spray drift onto non-target plants outside areas being sprayed.
