Product information
Atlantis Flex is a selective herbicide, useful in controlling a wide range of dicotyledonous weeds in cereal crops, but also annual and perennial monocotyledons.
Treated plants: Rye, Wheat
Weeds attacked: Black-grass, Chickweed, Common windgrass, Field mustard, Field penny-cress, Rye brome, Shepherd's purse, Wild oat
It is Bayer's latest and most effective innovation in combating the grass problem. It acts both through the leaves and through the soil, it has a very good selectivity due to safener technology.
Atlantis Flex is absorbed very quickly (within 4 hours of application), both at the leaf and root level, and is transferred to the entire plant. After application, weed growth is stopped immediately, and visible symptoms of herbicidal action are observed in the first days after application by the appearance of chlorotic spots, stopping growth, followed by necrosis and deformation of leaves and shoots, weeds being destroyed in 4-6 weeks from application.
The product is applied postemergence, between the phenophase of three leaves (BBCH 13) until the appearance of the second node (when it is at most 2 cm above node 1 - BBCH 32). When the dicotyledons are in the phase of 2-4 leaves, and the annual monocotiles and Apera spica-venti (wind grass) are before the twinning.
The recommended solution volume is 200-400 liters/ha.
In a normal rotation, after cereals herbicided with Atlantis Flex, any successive non-cereal crop can be sown.
In general, deep plowing is recommended before the establishment of crops such as mustard or autumn rape, especially after a prolonged period of drought between the time of application and that of the establishment of the next crop.
In case of accidents in which the herbicide culture with Atlantis Flex must be returned, spring cereals, peas, corn, or potatoes can be sown, after a deep plowing.
The main benefits of using Atlantis Flex herbicide:
-Effectively controls problem grass weeds (Odos, Obsiga, wind grass, Lolium / raigras, Foxtail) and some dicotyledons.
-It acts both through the leaves and through the soil (taken over by the roots).
-Very good selectivity thanks to Bayer safener technology.
-Wide compatibility with potential mixing partners.
-No rotation restrictions.
-Favorable toxicological profile
