Product information
The certificate of approval of the Decis Mega EW 50 insecticide expired on 06.2016. It was replaced by Decis Expert 100 EC.
Decis® 50 EW is a foliar pyrethroid insecticide for the control of field insects, horticultural and fruit trees. It acts by contact and ingestion on harmful insects, in the larval and adult stage.
Characteristics: Pyrethroid Insecticide, approved for combating pests from field and horticultural crops.
Mode of action: Decis Mega 50 EW acts by contact and ingestion, with repellent effect and shock and additional action as an insect nutrient inhibitor. Full and uniform plant coverage is essential for good protection. The unique formulation for deltamethrin, water emulsion, has the advantages of liquid formulations, but without the disadvantage of high solvent content in concentrated emulsion formulations. This leads to a lower influence of high temperatures on the efficiency of treatments.
