Product information
Stomp Aqua, 200 ml is a soil-applied herbicide for efficient control over annual monocotyledonous weeds and some species of annual dicotyledonous weeds. It employs pendimethalin as an active substance to kill off weeds immediately after germination or after they sprout.
Benefits:
- Innovative formulation with microcapsule technology;
- Continuous release of the active ingredient for longer herbicidal action;
- Broad-spectrum of weed control;
- Good crop compatibility;
- Less quantity of product per hectare;
- Easy to use.
Action mode:
Stomp Aqua is a pendimethalin herbicide for ground application:
- It inhibits both cell division and the elongation process in the root meristem;
- The development of weeds is stopped as a result of absorption through the coleoptile and hypocotyl growth points;
- Weeds die immediately after germination or emergence, being eliminated from competing with the field crops.
Methods of application:
- The period and method of application are determined by the crop species.
- For vegetables grown from seedlings, the product is applied 1-3 days before transplanting.
- The volume of solution used depends on the equipment used.
- It is recommended to use in a dose of 1 to 4 l per ha in 200-400 l water per ha.
- For optimal results, it is recommended that the soil has adequate moisture and has been prepared in advance.
Compatibility:
Compatible with most of the crop products available on the market.
Before mixing with other crop protection products, perform a small-scale compatibility test.
Not compatible with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents.
Recommendations:
Do not apply to soils with more than 10% organic matter.
On gravel or heavy soils, there is a risk of crop damage, especially if heavy rain occurs immediately after application. Do not use Stomp Aqua on water-soaked soils.
Do not disturb the soil after Stomp Aqua has been applied, as this will lead to reduced weed control.
