Product information
Pulsar 40 is a professional herbicide designed to protect sunflower, rice and soybeans. The unique Clearfield Plus symbol on the seed bag and herbicide can indicate that farmers are on the right track to maximise yields and optimise resources. Because it is exclusively dedicated to "Clearfield Plus" sunflower hybrids, applying the Pulsar herbicide to hybrids other than Clearfield Plus can cause serious crop damage and/or complete destruction.
Benefits:
- Residual soil activity;
- Effect within 7-14 days after application;
- Herbicide group B (HRAC);
- Robust and reliable;
- Nut odour;
- Adapted to local growth conditions;
- Improved post-emergence control of mono and dicotyledonous weeds;
- Broad-spectrum control;
- Effective under variable conditions;
- Greater flexibility of the application time;
- Long-term weed control;
- It generally requires a single application.
Action mode:
- Adapts its strategy and action depending on the flora and of the stage of the weeds at the time of application.
Methods of application:
Soybeans and peas
- apply early emergence, when the annual dicotyledonous weeds are in the phase of 2-4 leaves and the annual monocotyledons in the phase of 1-3 leaves until twinning. Dose: 0.75 - 1 l / ha.
Alfalfa
- apply in the first year, respecting the same recommendations regarding the weed development phase. For alfalfa in the second year and following will be applied during the vegetative rest. Dose: 1-1.2 l / ha.
Clearfield sunflower
- apply post-emergence, when cultivated plants have 4-6 leaves, and annual dicotyledonous weeds have 2-4 leaves and annual monocot tiles 1-3 leaves until twinning.
- to combat broomrape (Orobanche), we recommend applying in a 6-8 leaf phenophase of the sunflower.
- if desired to control weeds and broomrape, apply in the 6-leaf phase of the sunflower, but not later than the 4-leaf phase of the dicotyledonous weeds. At a dose of 1.2 l / ha perennial weeds such as Cirsium arvense (Palamida), Convolvulus arvense (Volbura), Sorghum halepense (Rhizome crust) are stopped from growth. Depending on the environmental conditions, these weeds can regenerate.
Rice
- apply from the 3-4 leaf stage of the rice plant. It can be mixed with 0.5% Dash adjuvant.
Compatibility:
Compatible only with Clearfield Plus hybrids.
Recommendations:
Soybean: never exceed the maximum dose, either in full dose or multiple fractionated applications.
Sunflower: use only on imazamox tolerant varieties and never exceed the maximum dose, either in full dose or multiple fractionated applications.
