Product information
Cleravo, 10 litres + Dash, 10 litres is a Clearfield herbicide that offers excellent post-emergence control over broad-leaved weeds, including brassica weeds, which can cause problems to oilseed rape crops.
Benefits:
- Broad-spectrum control of broadleaf weeds and volunteer cereal control;
- Ideal for post-emergent applications;
- Can be combined with metazachlor when needed;
- Flexible application.
Action mode:
Cleravo is a metazachlor-free Clearfield rapeseed herbicide:
- The product contains imazamox and quinmerac, two powerful herbicidal substances for weed control;
- Imazamox is absorbed by weeds through the root and leaves, after which is translocated throughout the plant where it inhibits plant growth immediately after
application.
- The second active substance, quinmerac, is also taken up by root and leaves and is translocated both acro and and basipetal, with its mode of action similar to that of
auxin synthesis.
Methods of application:
For autumn rape, applications are made during the spring, after the start of vegetation, when rapeseed plants are at the beginning of the elongation phase until the appearance of the flower buds (BBCH 30-50).
For spring rapeseed, applications are made when the rapeseed has between 2-8 leaves (BBCH 10-18).
Special attention must be paid to the weed stage of development, the optimum time being then when the dicotyledonous weeds are in the development stage of 2-4 leaves, and monocotyledons in the stage before twinning.
The herbicide is applied only to Clearfield rapeseed type hybrids.
