Product information
Basagran SL, 1 litre is a herbicide based on bentazone with a powerful contact action that affects the photosynthesis process in plants, with visible effects observable shortly after the application of the treatment.
Benefits:
- Modern formulation for reliable control of post-emergent weeds;
- Efficient against a wide range of species;
- Quick-acting herbicidal action;
- Highly compatible with other herbicides;
- No break period required;
- Single treatment per season.
Action mode:
- Basagran SL has contact action, influencing the photosynthesis process, being absorbed by the leaves and other green organs of plants;
- The effects are visible in 2 days following applications, manifested by the yellowing of sensitive weeds and their necrosis.
Methods of application:
Basagran SL is a herbicide for crop post-emergence applications. Weeds must be in the phase of 2-4 leaves (BBCH 12-14).
6 hours must pass without precipitation and irrigation so that the weeds can absorb the active substance.
A slight temporary discoloration of the leaves of crops may appear following Basagran SL 1 treatments. These symptoms will gradually disappear, without affecting their development.
- Ground equipment can be used for field applications.
- Specific nozzles for herbicide application must be used.
- The volume of solution used depends on the equipment employed.
- It is recommended to use a volume of solution of 200 to 400 l per ha.
Dose: The recommended dose of Basagran SL is 2 l per ha.
