Product information
Flexity Trio (Flexity 5 litres + Mizona 10 litres), package 20 Ha is a professional fungicidal package consisting of a wide spectrum of disease control in wheat and barley. Flexity Trio is composed of two fungicides: Mizona, 10 liters and Flexity, 5 liters enough to treat an area of 20 ha. Based on three active substances from different chemical groups it combats the entire spectrum of diseases that appear in early spring in wheat and barley crops: xemium (fluxapyroxad), pyraclostrobin and metrafenone.
Mizona, 5 litres is a professional fungicide with protective and curative action designed for the control of disease specific to wheat and barley crops. Thanks to the great mix of these two active substances (pyraclostrobin and fluxapyroxad), the product acts at a molecular level by inhibiting the enzyme succinate dehydrogenase, in the mitochondrial electron transport chain, known as complex II.
General benefits:
- Flexity: SC concentrated suspension
- Mizona: EC emulsifiable concentrate
- preventive, protective and curative action
- efficient for controlling the fungal diseases
- complete solution dedicated to the main diseases that appear in early spring: powdery mildew, septoria, rust
- safety of effectiveness until the second treatment
- active substances with 3 different modes of action to prevent the appearance of pathogens with forms of resistance
Action mode of Flexity:
- Flexity is a last generation product, based on the active substance metrafenone from the chemical family of benzophenones. Metrafenone has a unique mode of action, interfering in the cellular differentiation process of the stages of the pathogen's cycle, thus ensuring a high effectiveness against powdery mildew. It blocks the penetration of the pathogen into the cuticle, disrupting the normal processes of mycelium development and sporulation.
- The active substance is quickly taken up and translocated in the cuticle of the leaf. Metrafenone accumulates in the leaf tissue and penetrates at the cytoplasmic level, a part being taken up by the leaf and transported acropetally.
Action mode of Mizona:
- Pyraclostrobin is a strobilurin with translaminar action and local system, which inhibits spore germination, controls mycelial growth and sporulation of pathogenic fungi.
- The active substance fluxapyroxad interrupts the development of the disease by preventing the production of energy and by eliminating the availability of the chemical structures necessary for the synthesis of other essential cellular components.
- Also, the physiological effects lead to the improvement of photosynthesis, the more efficient use of fertilisers, the increase of plant resistance to stress and sunburn as well as to drought, fewer aged leaves, stems more resistant to breaking.
Preharvest (PHI) interval: 35 days.

How to apply the Flexity Trio package:
- As a complete solution for the first treatment of wheat or barley crops, it is perfect to combat diseases that may appear in early spring.
- The recommended time of application is from the beginning of the elongation of the stem and until the appearance of the standard leaf (BBCH 30-39).
- The recommended dose is 0.5 l/ha Mizona mixed with 0.25 l/ha Flexity.
Compatibility:
- Mizona is compatible with Flexity and most popular fungicide products, insecticides and growth regulators on the market at the time of its registration.
- However, always perform preliminary mixability tests.
Recommendations for Flexity:
- Preharvest Interval: 35 days
- The volume of water used is determined depending on the equipment used and is between 100 - 400 l/ha.
Recommendations For Mizona:
- The volume of water used is determined depending on the equipment used and is between 100 - 300 l/ha.
- The best effect if it's used in critical periods of development.
