How to use it:
Rival® Star 75 GD acts as a systemic herbicide, selective for grain crops. After treatment, the active substance is absorbed through the leaves and through the roots, the dicotyledonous weeds being destroyed within 7 to 21 days, the effectiveness of the herbicidal action being influenced by the existing pedoclimatic conditions (atmospheric and soil humidity, soil solution reaction, ambient temperature), sensitivity and stage weed growth, and the time of application of the treatments. Maximum herbicidal efficiency is achieved when weeds are in the massaging and active growth of plants, under normal agro-technical conditions.
Application Technique:
Rival® Star 75 GD is applied with terrestrial spraying equipment equipped with permanent stirring systems in normal volumes of water (250 - 400 l water per hectare), ensuring the best coverage of the weeds. The treatments are made at temperatures above 50 ° C when there is no immediate rainfall (at least 2 hours) and in a quiet time to avoid spreading the product onto adjacent crops or crops where it may cause phytotoxic effects. In drought conditions or with higher temperatures, 500 liters of water per hectare are recommended, and herbicide should be done as long as possible outside high temperature hours. If for various reasons the herbicide is interrupted for a short period of time, the remaining solutions may be used to resume the herbicide work.
Compatibility:
Rival® Star 75 GD can be applied together with one of the post-emergence anti-herbicides approved for straw grain crops or for crops in accordance with the recommendations of the herbicide technologies of these crops, on the most effective combinations. It is compatible and can be mixed with the foliar fertilizer recommended for grain crops, such as MICROFERT-U (2,5-5 l / ha) or urea (3-4 kg / ha).
