Product information
1.Nicogan 40 SC
Nicogan 40 SC is a sulphonylurea herbicide containing Nicosulfuron.
Treated plants: Corn
Combat weeds: Barnyard grass, Johnson grass, Yellow foxtail
The product is applied only post-emergence and is rapidly absorbed by weeds, especially through the leaves, but also through the roots, and then translocates both ascending and descending into the sow current up to the meristems (growth points) where it causes irreversible disturbances in the cell division. Total weed control is achieved over a longer period of up to 3 weeks, but they stop growing immediately after treatment.
Like any systemic post-emergence herbicide, its action is greatly influenced by climatic and planting conditions since application, so that absorption and translocation are much more intense and faster when weeds have optimal growth conditions (light, heat, water, food) and as a result, the combat effectiveness is more complete.
How to use:
- For annual monocotyledonous weeds, it is recommended to apply treatment to their breeding phase at the rate of 0.8 l / ha;
- To combat rhizomes, the treatment is applied when it has a height of 10-20 cm;
- Protect wildlife, fish, crustaceans, and the environment while using the product.
Please be sure to read, understand, and follow the full Conditions, Disclaimer, and Directions for Use. Use the appropriate personal safety equipment when needed.
Crop | Weeds attacked | Application moment | Dose |
Corn | Annual monocotyledons (Setaria, Echinochloa, Sorghum) | Postemergence (corn 4 - 6 leaves, annual monocotyledonous weeds 2-4 leaves | 0.8 l/ha |
Corn | Sorghum (depending on the degree of infestation and the size of the treated plants) | Postemergence (corn 4 - 6 leaves, other weed 15 - 20 cm) | 1.0 - 1.5 l/ha |
2) Herbicide 2.4 D 660 SL
Mode of action:
2.4 D 660 SL is used in post-emergence to control the dicotyledonous weeds of wheat and corn. The product reaches the leaves only 2 hours after application and the first effects occur after 12-18 hours. Within a week, the total destruction of the weeds takes place.
How to use it:
2.4 D 660 SL is applied to the breeding until the first internode, wheat, and corn in the 4-6 leaf stage. It has maximum efficacy at temperatures above 8 ° C. Do not apply at temperatures above 25 ° C. In the case of this herbicide, there are no crop rotation restrictions. The volume of water for the preparation of the solution is 200-400 l / ha.
Crop | Weeds attacked | Time of application | Dose |
Wheat | dicotyledon (Cirsium, Sinapis, Capsela, Thlaspi, Chenopodium) | Postemergence (from the formation of the first internode - weeds under 3 leaves) | 1.0 l/ha |
Corn | dicotyledon (Cirsium, Amaranthus, Chenopodium, Sinapis, Xanthium, in faza optima) | Postemergence (corn 4 - 6 leaves) | 1.0 l/ha |
3. Adjuvant Roller
Roller is an adjuvant with a liquid formulation that ensures uniform leaf coverage while also providing exceptional crop safety with a low application rate to increase the absorption power of plant protection products. This is done without the risk of washing organo-silicone products because a wet film that slows the droplet drying rate and allows the products to be absorbed by the treated plants is created on the surface of the leaf.
Roller can be used in many tank-mix combinations for the following crops:
- Cereals: with sulfonylurea herbicides (Trimmer)
- Vegetables: with fungicides (Lampex 5 EC), insecticides (Armetil M, Folpan 50 SC, Folpan 80 WDG, Shavit F 72 WDG, Shavit F 72 WP);
- Rape: with fungicides used to combat Sclerotinia and Alternaria;
The Roller adjuvant can also be used together with the anti-aging herbicide Agil 100 EC, but also with magnesium-based fertilizers.
The application rate is 50-100 ml/ha.
