Product information
Linurex 50 SC is a herbicide that contains an active substance - linuron that combats a wide range of weeds. The professional product is applied in pre-emergent treatments for sunflower, potato, carrot, onion crops and in post-emergence celery treatments.
Benefits:
- It is mostly used for pre-emergent treatments, but also in post-emergence for celery crops.
- It can remain in the soil for up to four months after it has been applied, during which time it can control emerging weeds.
- Cost effective and with a broad spectrum;
- Easy to use but carefully because of its toxicity to the environment.
Action mode:
- It inhibits the germination of seeds.
- Due to its remnant of about 4 months in the soil, it fights both the weeds existing at the time of treatment and those that will emerge within a few weeks of treatment.
Methods of application:
Apply pre-emergence to sunflower, potato, carrot, onion and post-emergence to celery.
The recommended dosage is 2-4 l / ha for sunflower and potato crops and 1.5-2 l / ha for carrot, onion and celery crops.
The total volume of solution used should be 200-400 l water / ha.
Compatibility:
There are no other products that Linurex 50 SC might be compatible with.
Recommendation
This herbicide should not be applied to sandy soils, those with organic matter below 1% and soils with a pH above 6.8.
