Acetogan 900 EC is a non-volatile herbicide in the form of an emulsifiable concentrate, used mainly for the treatment of maize and sunflower crops. It acts on weeds during their germination, being absorbed by the roots, coleoptile and hypocotyl. Thus, monocotyledonous weeds are removed from competition with crop plants immediately after germination.

Action mode:
The product is based on an active substance called acetochlor 900 g / l. It acts on weeds in the process of their germination, being absorbed by the roots, coleoptile and hypocotyl. Monocotyledonous weeds are removed from competition with crop plants immediately after germination.
Methods of application:
- Acetogan 900 EC is applied pre-emergent, immediately after sowing. The usual dose is 1.7-2.2 l / ha, but it can be different depending on the type of soil. For example, for those with a higher content of organic matter, the dose is higher.
- It should be applied as soon as possible, best before the weeds germinate.
- The product is suitable for ground application and it can be applied by any suitable medium to high volume spray apparatus. This way, the spray will distribute the mixture evenly. Also, stop spraying if the wind speed exceeds 15 km / h.
- Ensure continuous irrigation of at least 15 mm after application to leach the active into the soil.

Recommendation:

- For maximum effectiveness, good germination bed preparation, well grounded soil is recommended;
