Product information
Merpan 80 WDG is a multi-site fungicide that specifically targets fungi that cause the growth of fruit pests (Venturia spp.) and other diseases (anthracnose, pests, soil diseases) in other crops.
Orius 25 EW is a systemic fungicide based on tebuconazole, the active substance in the chemical group of triazoles.
1)Merpan 80 WDG:
Treated plants: Apple, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Beans, Tobacco
Fights Diseases and Fungi: Venturia, Powdery mildew, Rhizoctonia, Antracnosis.
It is a contact fungicide with preventive, protective, and eradicating action on a wide range of phytopathogenic fungi, an action manifested by blocking the cellular respiration processes of pathogens.
Depending on the climatic conditions, it has a remanence of 7-20 days per plant. Promotes wound healing.
Mode of action:
Merpan 80 WDG fruit-growing plants are applied during the entire vegetation period, at warning or preventive, at coverage, depending on the infection pressure, at the intervals of 7-10 days. At first, the first treatments (in the critical period of installing the primary infections) are usually mixed with systemic products, after which in the second part of the vegetation period the product can be applied alone. The treatments are done with a normal volume of solution, using terrestrial equipment to ensure proper spraying so that the whole foliage of the trees is treated evenly. Applying the product to the apple before harvesting effectively prevents the occurrence of storage diseases.
-Vegetables in the field (cucumbers, tomatoes) and beans: the product is applied to the normal water volume warning depending on the degree of culture development.
-Vegetable and Tobacco Raspberries: the product is applied pre-emptively either by spraying the soil before sowing or planting or by immersing seedlings in the product solution at the appropriate concentration. In tobacco seedlings, the treatment can also be done curatively when the first plants fall, by spraying at the place of production of seedlings with a solution of Merpan 80 WDG.
2)Fungicide Orius 25 EW
Treated plants: Wheat, Barley, Tomato, Cucumber, Apple, Vine, Rape.
Fights Diseases and Fungi: Foliar Diseases, Fungarian, Venturia, Moniliasis, Alternariosis, White mold, Nigrospora oryzae, Botrytis cinerea, Stem canker.
It works by inhibiting two-way biosynthesis of ergosterol in the cell walls of target organisms. Once absorbed into the tissues (within 2 hours of application), the product is transplanted acropetally and has a retention of about 3-4 weeks. Due to its properties, the product has preventive, but also curative and eradication action. To prevent pathogen resistance, avoid more than 2 treatments with Orius 25 EW on the same crop and on the same surface in one season.
Mode of action:
-Grapevine - The optimal treatment time is spring when there are optimal conditions for infection.
-Vegetables - Apply treatments with a normal volume of solution, taking into account the degree of development of the foliage of the crop plants with terrestrial spraying means. The optimal moment is the appearance of the first symptoms of early or preventative infection when the weather is warm and high relative air humidity.
-Fruit-growing plantations of stone fruit/drupe samburous species - Apply treatments in sensitive phenophases (blooming, fruit maturation) or the first signs of infection by flowers, shrubs or fruit. The volume of the solution depends on the height and density of the tree crowns, ensuring an appropriate concentration of 0.075-0.1%, depending on the treatment (preventive or curative) and the infection pressure.
-Apple Plants - Treatments with Orius 25 EW are done in the pink button stage (before full blossoming) and until the petals are shaken, these being the phenophases where apple is most sensitive to installing primary infections. In extreme conditions treatments with Orius 25 EW can be done even during blossoming without affecting pollination and fruit quality. in all cases, the product will be combined with a rabbit contact fungicide such as MERPAN 80 WDG or FOLPAN 80 WDG to prevent resistance. Treatments can also be made later in the summer (especially for secondary infections), but only if previously Orius 25 EW has not been applied to rape treatments and alternatives to contact antioxidants (sulfur) so that prevents the installation of resistance.
-Vine - Treatments are done around the bloom and until the bunches are compacted, ensuring a standard of 0.4 l / ha (usually in 1000 liters of solution). The treatment equipment must ensure adequate spraying including less exposed parts of the vine (especially the lower part and the bunch).
-Autumn Rapeseed - Preventive treatments are taken in the spring (especially in more frequent crops, well out of the winter) or curative to the first symptoms of the disease. It is also recommended to apply a treatment in autumn in the rosette phase of rape, in which case Orius 25 EW acts as a true growth regulator (causes shortening of stem and concentration of cellulite juice, better preparing wintering plants), the dose being in this case of 0.5 l / ha.
