Smackdown, 1 litre

Smackdown, 1 litre is a professional post-emergent herbicide specially created to control several broadleaved weeds and also Marshmallow and annual Nettles that compete with turf establishments, rough grass and grass pastures. Carfentrax is the active substance that acts efficiently by being absorbed through foliage. This way it damages weeds membranes by stopping a necessary synthase in natural development that results in death of the cells and intruders. Targeting the actively growing weeds, the product acts through contact and translocates rapidly providing quick results, within 4 days after the treatment. In addition, due to its effective formulation and non-residual activity, the solution is absorbed through leaves and stems where it acts, meaning there is no herbicide on soil. For a wider spectrum of action, Smackdown, 1 litre is compatible with Bow & Arrow Herbicide. Combining the two products offers enhanced control against undesired intruders.

Product usage:
- Combats Marshmallow, annual Nettles and several broadleaved weeds in grass pastures, turf areas and rough grass.

Recommendations:
- For best results, apply product on actively growing weeds;
- Do not apply to non-actively growing weeds if stressed due to extreme weather conditions;
- Do not apply to golf and bowling greens;
- Apply product when wind speed is between 3 and 20 km/h;
- Apply when weeds reach a leaf stage of 2 to 10 leaves;
- Apply between 25 to 75 mL/ha depending on infestation level;
- Use a registered non-ionic surfactant at a rate of 1000 g/L;
- For an improved control rate, mix product with Bow & Arrow Herbicide.
