Product information
An innovative product, Barricade, 5 litres provides extended control against a large spectrum of weed species that are commonly found in turf, garden beds and also nursery pots. Its pre-emergent action concentrates on preventing growth and development of newly germinated intruders. Part of the Dinitroaniline class, Prodiamine is an active substance that interrupts the natural developmental process by inhibiting formation of microtubules during the mitosis process. Once applied, the product creates a top layer on soil and when intruders seeds come in contact they cease to develop. Its unique formulation assures a selective characteristic that does not damage or discolour non-targeted plants and long lasting residual control between 2 to 6 months depending on application rate used.
