Product information
Active substance: 90 g / liter bromoxynil + 250 g / liter terbuthylazine
Features: Zeagran 340 SE is a non-volatile combination herbicide based on two active substances: bromoxynil and terbuthylazine, with double contact and systemic action on sensitive species of dwarf weeds. Combate annual and some perennial dicotyledonous weeds. The Zeagran 340 SE herbicide is applied in post-emergence, is absorbed through the leaves, inhibits breathing and photosynthesis, causing death of weeds or sensitive plants: rape, mustard, beet, sunflower, legumes, vegetables, wheat, barley, oats.
Mode of action and use: Zeagran 340 SE is applied at a dose of 2 l / ha alone or associated with an adjuvant, post-emergence when corn has 4-6 leaves, and the weeds have 2-4 leaves. Observing optimal weed dose ensures maximum efficacy in combating perennial dicotyledonous species, first symptoms are recorded 2-3 days after treatment, and maximum effect (leaf necrosis) is obtained in 7-8 days. The effect of the herbicide is rapidly visible giving the possibility of entering the piglet one week after treatment, it has very good action in drought conditions. No symptoms of phytotoxicity are recorded on maize hybrids, with the condition that the optimal phase of maize plants (4-6 leaves) is respected. It does not create any difficulty in crop rotation, it can be given in combination with nicosulfuron in drought conditions. The standard solution per hectare is 200-400 I (high standard in drought conditions), the optimal break time until the first rain is at least 2 hours. Application of the herbicide treatment will be done with terrestrial equipment in quiet weather (wind speed below 3 m / s) to avoid drifting for sensitive sunflower, beet, leguminous, vines, vegetables, etc.).
If there is a need to combat and monocotyledonous weeds including Sorghum halepense in rhizomes, Zeagran will be applied in combination with Nicosulfuron-based Crew 4 SC;
There are no phytotoxic symptoms on corn hybrids - provided that the optimal treatment phase of maize plants (4-6 leaves) is observed.
