Product information
Description
Crew ACE is a systemic herbicide of the sulfonylurea category, with approval for the control of maize graminees. The product has a double absorption, both in the foliar appliance and in the roots. Subsequently, from these points, the product spreads to the entire plant. Nicosulfuron, the active ingredient of the herbicide, acts by blocking cell division and stopping amino acid formation. Weeds are completely destroyed after about 3 weeks after application.
Benefits:
• very good action on annual monocotyledonous weeds and the corn crop costrait;
• fast absorption through the leaves and washing resistance;
• selective for maize hybrids;
• Very good results in various climatic conditions;
• ease of application (oil-based liquid formulation);
• flexibility in application, can be applied alone or paired;
• does not have a retentive effect on the next crop.
Crew ACE is applied to the vegetation, taking into account the stage of development of both weeds (2-4 leaves before crushing) and crop plants (corn must be between 4 and 6 leaves).
For infestation with Sorghum halepense, a dose of 1-1.5 l / ha Crew ACE is applied, depending on infestation level and development phase, when the cost of rhizomes is 15-20 cm.
The volume of water recommended for application per hectare is between 200 and 300 liters.
Product efficiency can be negatively influenced by low or too high temperatures and when crop plants develop under stress conditions
Compatibility
Crew ACE is compatible with most of the herbicides commonly used in corn crops. For greater safety, it is advisable to consult compatibility lists beforehand and perform a test.
