Product information
Basis FG, 60 g is a professional product designed to suit the complete palette of corn crops. The innovative herbicide provides a safe and effective application during fall season, post-harvest. This means an active prevention and control of weeds forming during fall season, winter and spring, creating favorable conditions for soil to warm faster during spring and produce clean and healthy crops. Its selective action combats both annual grass and broadleaf weeds without causing any damages on non-targeted species. Basis FG, 60 g is designed based on Rimsulfuron and Thifensulfuron-methyl as active compounds that offer complete pre-emergence and post-emergence control. Part of the Sulfonylurea class, the active blend inhibits the weeds capability to synthesize enzymes through its system and blocks amino acids production, causing intruders to cease. Another important characteristic of the compounds is that it maintains maximum soil residual activity in lower temperature seasons such as fall and winter.
