Product information
Mode of action: Frontier Forte is a herbicide based on dimethenamid-P, from the group amides. It has systemic action, germinating weeds are absorbing the active substance - dimethenamid-P - by coleoptile. Very low amounts of the active substance are taken by the root. For the solubilization of the active substance humidity is needed. The product is persistent for up to 3 months without leaving residues for the following crops. The active substance, dimethenamid-P, decomposes at a rate of 90% within two months of application. The beat degassing is different depending on the type of soil, humidity and temperature conditions.
The maximum effect of the Frontier Forte herbicide can be reached within 7-10 days of application, the product is solubilized in the superficial soil layer through precipitation or irrigation water (10-15 l / m2.
