Product information
Cambio is a herbicide used in post-emergence application in corn in 3-5 leaves of phenophase. The annual dicotyledonous weeds should be 2-4 leaves, up to 6 leaves and perennials up to 10 cm high. In optimal conditions when (sunny, warm weather, with sufficient humidity) the weeds are completely destroyed within 2 weeks of application herbicide. If there is a pronounced drought and high temperatures during treatment and after application, it is possible to diminish the effect.
Active substance: Bentazone and Dicamba
Characteristics: Cambio is a herbicide based on dicamba and bentazone and shows the action of both types of active substances. It is absorbed by weeds within 4-5 hours after application. Bentazone has contact, is absorbed through the green organs of the plant, especially through the leaves, acting on the phytosynthesis process. The effect is first manifested by yellowing the petals followed by necrosis, which is visible after a few days after application.
Dicamba has systemic action, rapid effect, absorbs through leaves, stems, and absorption through the root system. The translocation is both acto and bassettal, accumulating at the growth points. The effect is manifested by the twisting and straining of stems and leaves, the swelling of the stem nodes, the curvature of the leaves. Symptoms are followed by chlorosis of growth meristems, growth inhibition, necrosis.
How to use: Changing the specter of the implumation increases the importance of weed control such as Datura, Ambrosia, Xanthium, Amaranthus sp., Chenopodium , Solanum, Polygonum. We have few herbicides available against weeds such as Solanum nigrum and Hibiscus trionum.
Cambio is used as a post-emergent herbicide in maize in 3-5 leaf pheocho- sis. Annual dicotyledonous weeds should be in the 2-4 leaf stage, up to 6 leaves, and perennials maximum 10 cm high.
Under optimum conditions (sunny, warm, with sufficient humidity), the weeds are completely destroyed within 2 weeks of application of the herbicide. If there is a pronounced drought and high temperatures during treatment and after application, it is possible to diminish the effect. Under these conditions, application in admixture with an additive (a mixture to be tested in advance) leads to stabilizing the effect.
bentazone:
- Contact effect, quickly absorbed through the green organs of the plant, blocks photosynthesis.
- Very good selectivity for corn.
- Extremely good impersonal effect Chenopodium sp., Datura stramonium, Abutilon theophrasti, difficult to fight.
dicamba:
- Systemic effect slow, migrates to all parts of the plant.
- Hormonal effect on cell division.
- The active substance is translocated both acro and bipetal, accumulating at the growth points.
- A particularly good effect against annual and perennial dicotyledonous weeds.
The selling authorization has the validity date of 01.12.2019.
